The calipers
The Forged Superlite internal caliper uses internal fluid ports, so there are no external crossover tubes to damage. Wilwood calipers run without dust boots. Here’s why.
The included conversion fittings change the Wilwood caliper side inlet from imperial to metric, so our braided lines connect straight up.
The rotors
The centre hat is heat-treated T6-7075 aluminium. The two-piece design lets the ring expand and contract as it heats and cools. The rotors were redesigned in 2023 for improved fitment, based on customer feedback. They’re not directional, so either rotor fits either side.
Ready to fit
Two-piece rotors arrive with the hat and ring already bolted together, runout tested and balanced as an assembly. Always check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting, as you would with any two-piece rotor. Otherwise, it’s a direct bolt-on.
The lines and brackets
Our braided lines are longer than standard to suit the bigger rotor. They’re made in Melbourne and comply with FMVSS 106, DOT, TUV and ADR. The adapter brackets are T6-6061 billet aluminium, black anodised, with stainless steel Heli-Coils.
Will it fit my car?
It suits the Toyota 86 ZN6 and Subaru BRZ ZC6. It doesn’t suit the aluminium knuckles on the 2022-on BRZ ZD8. For that car, use the 326mm front brake package for BRZ ZD8.
You need 17″ wheels or larger. Offsets vary, so check the wheel clearance diagrams in the gallery against your wheels before ordering.

Fitting
Watch the 326mm front brake package install video before you start. Check the rotor hat bolts, fit the brackets, calipers and lines, then bleed the brakes fully. We recommend installation by a licensed mechanic.
