Why upgrade
This kit takes your front rotors to 324mm, 28mm bigger than the factory 296mm rotor on the S14, S15 and R33 GTS-T. Our adapter brackets space your R33 GTS-T calipers out to suit, so you keep the calipers you already run.
Why two-piece
Each two-piece rotor weighs 7.4kg, 1.5kg less per corner than our 8.9kg single-piece rotor. The ring is free to expand and contract as it heats and cools, and the centre hat is heat-treated T6-6061 aluminium. When the rings wear out, keep the hats and replace just the rotor rings.
Ready to fit
Two-piece rotors arrive with the hat and ring already bolted together, runout tested and balanced as an assembly. Always check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting, as you would with any two-piece rotor. Otherwise, it’s a direct bolt-on.

Will it fit my car?
This kit is for cars running R33 GTS-T front calipers. On an S14 or S15, fit R33 GTS-T calipers before this kit.

S-chassis cars need the factory 5-stud knuckle and hub. You also need 17″ wheels or larger.

Brake pads
Your factory-type pads will work, with about 2mm of pad overhang. For more pad coverage across the rotor face, we recommend DB1346 pads or an equivalent. The pad material sits lower in the caliper than the genuine Skyline pad.
Fitting
Remove the factory rotor and caliper, then remove the dust backing plate or trim its outer edge to clear the larger rotor. The adapter brackets are marked 324R33_L and 324R33_R. Mount each bracket on the inside of the knuckle using the factory hex head bolts first, then finish with the supplied M12 x 1.25 x 50mm hex head bolts, spring washers and flat washers. Repeat on the other side.
Rotors fit either side. Check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting.
Our braided brake lines are made slightly longer than factory to suit the larger rotor. Add S-chassis front lines for the S14 and S15, or R33 front lines for the R33 GTS-T, in the kit options.

ADDITIONAL NOTES.
With this kit, you’ll notice some pad overhang. This is unavoidable. The kit works by spacing out your existing callipers, which in turn causes the position of the brake pads to adjust in order to accommodate the larger rotor. To our knowledge, there are no brake pads that can fit within the original calliper while covering more surface area. (Optional) For optimal performance with this kit, we recommend replacing the standard brake pads with DB1346 or equivalent pads, as they sit lower in the calliper.
