324mm Front Brake Upgrade Kit for S13, S14, S15 & R32 GTS-T

Why upgrade

This kit fits 324mm front rotors, the same size as the R33 and R34 GTR, to your S-chassis or R32 GTS-T. Our adapter brackets move your factory calipers out to suit, so there’s no need for new calipers. A larger rotor spreads heat better and improves braking.

What’s in the kit

• 324mm front rotors (pair). Choose single-piece or two-piece. Single-piece rotors have a slotted face with a slight curve to help keep the pad surface clean and improve ventilation, and a black painted hub for rust resistance. Two-piece rotors weigh 7.4kg each, 1.5kg less per corner than the 8.9kg single-piece, with a heat-treated T6-6061 aluminium hat.
• 324mm caliper adapter brackets (pair). T6-6061 billet aluminium, hard anodised, with stainless steel Heli-Coil inserts. Also sold on their own.
• High tensile nuts and bolts for fitting.
• Optional braided brake lines. Add front hard line delete lines for S-chassis or R32 GTS-T. They’re slightly longer than standard to suit the bigger rotor.

Ready to fit

Single-piece: Every rotor is runout tested and balanced before it leaves us, so it’s a direct bolt-on straight out of the box.

Two-piece: Two-piece rotors arrive with the hat and ring already bolted together, runout tested and balanced as an assembly. Always check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb before fitting, as you would with any two-piece rotor. Otherwise, it’s a direct bolt-on.

Will it fit my car?

This kit suits the factory S14, S15 and R32 GTS-T 4-piston front calipers. On an S13 or 180SX, you’ll need those 4-piston calipers fitted, plus 5-stud hubs and knuckles. You’ll need 17″ wheels or larger on every car.

Fitting

Remove the factory caliper and rotor. You may need to trim back the outer edge of the backing plate to clear the larger rotor. Fit the brackets to the inside of the knuckle, then mount the calipers and rotors. On two-piece rotors, check the hat bolts are at 13–15 ft-lb first. • Replacement two-piece rotor rings: when two-piece rings wear out, keep the hats. Choose the 324mm R33 GTR, R34 GTR version.
